At Kuehne\+Nagel, our work truly contributes to more than we imagine. ‎ Implement and provide strategic support for system solutions in Contract Logistics; configure, conduct internal and customer testing, user training, participate in process improvement and support services for TMS (Transportation Management System), and related applications that support the continuity of our customers' business operations. **How to make an impact** 1\. Generate, design and implement system solutions through requirements analysis. (TMS configuration based on CRP) 2\. Resolve work orders / tickets for new customer requests / features. 3\. Implement, maintain and support Warehouse Systems for new customers and internal projects through a project management methodology. 4\. Implement integration projects (interface development) between internal and external applications. 5\. Participate as a functional expert in warehouse systems, designing solutions together with operations teams and staff departments. 6\. Conduct unit test scenarios (development) and user testing (SIT), support during UAT issues. 7\. Execute actions derived from the local/regional/global CL Systems strategy. 8\. Manage and execute communication strategy with internal system providers. 9\. Identify / recommend / implement process changes to drive improvements. 10\. Incident management, resolution of support issues via ticketing system. 11\. Provide technical support during Go\-Lives and phased implementations. 12\. Conduct Keyuser training.
