Position Objective** Baking, decorating, presenting, training, and advising on key bakery product categories with clients (purchasing), stores, and internally; knowledge of bakery concepts. **2\. Key Responsibilities** * Bake and decorate line products, new products, seasonal products for internal and external presentations. * Train and advise supermarket customers to ensure correct use of products. * Support product development and innovation. * Participate in and support exhibitions, large-scale events, and projects in which the company participates. * Continuously monitor implementation of work plans ensuring quality handling of our products. * Generate timely and accurate information. **3\. Profile Requirements** * **Education:** High school diploma, technical degree, or bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years handling and processing batters, doughs, frozen products, and coatings/decorations. * **Technical Skills:** Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office. **4\.
