Job Summary: Vista is seeking Support Specialists to help cinemas deliver memorable experiences using our software and to investigate and resolve technical issues. Key Highlights: 1. Our **Support Specialist** team helps independent theaters and cinema chains deliver memorable cinematic experiences by leveraging our software. **What will be my responsibilities?** Investigate and resolve issues arising from our software at Level 2/3 Use SQL Server and SQL statements to assist in issue resolution Read and interpret error logs provided by customers and generated by the software package Maintain communication with our customers via our support website, phone, email, and screen sharing Identify and log software bugs for correction by our development team **Requirements** **What are the requirements?** * Education in IT-related field * Experience in software implementation or support * Work experience with SDLC and IT solutions * Proficiency in MySQL Server and SQL Server * Understanding of advanced hardware and networking concepts * English language proficiency **Benefits** We have built a team that loves what it does and shares a passion for delivering exceptional cinematic experiences for our customers—and writing great code.
