Focus on learning and professional development in supply chain. ### **Description** **Job Objective** Ensure proper coordination, tracking, and control of supply chain operations related to imports and logistics in Mexico, guaranteeing basic compliance with sanitary regulations applicable to medical devices, as well as accurate management and analysis of information using Excel and Power BI. This role is designed for a junior-level candidate, emphasizing learning, operational support, automation, and professional development.### **Key Responsibilities** * Provide support in coordinating and tracking imports and last-mile logistics. * Review and validate documentation for proper management of the Mexican Customs Value Declaration (Manifestación de Valor). * Assist in preparing and controlling import documentation. * Maintain up-to-date shipment statuses and databases in Excel. * Update and support Power BI dashboards, along with relevant automations. * Clear focus on key accounts. * Timely tracking of last-mile deliveries, data accuracy, and documentary compliance. ### **Requirements for this position** * Academic background in Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. * At least one year of experience in a similar role. * Basic knowledge of international trade and basic sanitary regulations. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Basic-to-intermediate Power BI skills. * ERP experience is desirable (SAP). * Basic English proficiency. * Attention to detail, analytical ability, organization, communication, and teamwork. ### **About Align Technology** **Your growth and well-being:** At Align, every smile matters.
