Responsible for the assigned area and for coordinating the activities of a group of Direct Operators and Group Leaders to ensure the execution of the manufacturing schedule based on the production plan, meeting volume, quality, cost, and safety standards. Resolves any production\-related issues in coordination with all support areas. The Production Supervisor is accountable for achieving manufacturing goals. **KEY RESPONSABILITIES:** * Manage and supervise direct personnel. * Execute the manufacturing schedule based on the production plan. * Monitor and enforce safety rules and ensure compliance among team members. * Generate cost\-saving project ideas. * Perform problem analysis and implement effective solutions. * Manage inventory control within the assigned area. * Conduct engineering reviews. * Ensure proper shift handover according to established criteria. * Guarantee adherence to established processes by all team members. * Prepare daily production reports using assigned tools. * Understand, participate in, and support all assigned continuous improvement projects. * Implement and maintain the 5S culture within the manufacturing area. * Foster a positive and trusting work environment through close engagement with team members. * Comply with quality policy guidelines and actively work toward achieving relevant quality objectives. * Perform work safely, efficiently, and ethically.
