




Coordinate employee training and organizational development at BRK Juarez, aligning training needs with the company’s goals and objectives. Ensure programs are based on established competency levels and the requirements necessary for optimal job performance, while maintaining compliance with all applicable legal regulations. **KEY RESPONSABILITIES:** * Participate in the development of job descriptions to ensure alignment of competencies by position. * Conduct training needs assessments for all members of the organization. * Develop the annual training plan and ensure its implementation. * Coordinate all activities required for the delivery of training courses. * Generate, update, and maintain training records for each employee, as well as all applicable legal documentation. * Recommend improvements to established processes. * Actively participate in daily, weekly, monthly, and annual meetings as required. * Lead Problem Solving Reports (PSR) as applicable. * Manage the training budget effectively. * Develop training manuals and instructional materials to support training programs. * Review and approve manuals and materials developed by instructors. * Maintain an internal instructor roster. * Serve as an internal auditor. * Ensure compliance with STPS requirements. * Oversee training evaluations and maintain accurate records. * Support all Operations department activities to achieve organizational goals and objectives. * Promote awareness and training for staff on objectives, goals, impacts, improvements, and operational controls to foster environmental responsibility. * Actively participate in the a 5S\+1 Program. * Contribute to Safety and Environmental Management Systems. * Perform work safely, efficiently, and ethically. * Carry out additional activities assigned by management to support company operations. Adhere to quality policy guidelines and actively work toward achieving relevant quality objectives. * **MUST HAVE:** 5 years of experience in personnel management within a manufacturing environment, leadership in training roles, proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of STPS compliance, and experience with SAP. **WE VALUE:** Experience in training and development.
