Req ID: 77524 **Job Description:** **Description** Responsible for managing human, material, and time resources assigned to the area or operation, focused on achieving objectives while ensuring the defined production plan is executed within required safety, quality, and volume parameters; distributing workload across the area. Monitors key performance indicators to support decision-making through leadership and direction of the team. **Responsibilities** Ensure personnel work in a safe environment with emphasis on quality. Ensure product quality and/or that processes comply with established standards. Human resource management (2 years). Ensure execution of the production plan to meet customer requirements. Promote and implement improvement projects and teamwork within the area. **Required Experience and Skills** Intermediate English language proficiency (70% or higher). Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and SMED methodologies. Root cause analysis. Teamwork. Assertive communication. Emotional intelligence. Conflict management. Decision-making.
