As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. Location: **BOSS Perisur** **What You Can Expect:** Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage the sales team’s performance, providing feedback and training to ensure exceptional customer service. * Set and achieve store sales and profitability targets. * Maintain accurate inventory and ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed according to brand standards. * Ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures, including cash handling, store opening and closing, and on-site security. * Maintain open and effective communication with the team. * Regularly analyze and evaluate store sales and performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions. **Your Profile:** Requirements: * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Store Manager in retail. * Solid knowledge of fashion and trends. * Exceptional leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with two weekdays off. * Working hours: 10:30 am to 9:00 pm. **\-Basic English \-Intermediate** **What We Offer:** Benefits: * Global commission on sales achieved. * Guaranteed commission during the probation period. * Food vouchers. * Career development and professional growth plan.
