Summary: This role involves serving as the primary customer contact, handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and order processing, while collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. You will respond to inbound customer calls and email regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes and repairs (troubleshooting). You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Operations, etc., to resolve customer issues.
