Technical Proficiency: \- Expertise in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules). \- Deep knowledge of modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM. \- Understanding of Web Services (REST/SOAP) and MID Server architecture.
