A Day In The Life Personnel Training inspectors on document control system usage, key performance indicators, calibration/verification. Ensure timely and proper sampling, data recording, and inspection of inspected materials. Train inspectors on identification, recording, documentation, handling, notification, and disposition of nonconforming material. ISO 9001 Participate as responsible party for the audited area and as auditor in the internal audit program. Monitor compliance with and updating of documents applicable to the assigned area and those applicable to the entire organization. Key Performance Indicators Data analysis, dissemination, leadership of action plans to meet defined KPIs (Scrap, DPPM, FTY). Immediate notification and appropriate justification to SQE in case of supplier defects. Problem Solving Promote the use of quality tools and continuous improvement for problem solving: Ishikawa, 8D, Pareto, 5W, DMAIC, etc. Calibration \& Verification Ensure calibrated tools are used timely and properly per the master calibration plan in assigned processes.
