Job Description We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager – Digital Marketing to lead and manage strategic marketing and digital transformation projects. This role will play a key part in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the successful implementation of marketing initiatives, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM). Your Responsibilities Lead and manage digital marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects while meeting defined timelines and scope. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including marketing, data, and technology functions. Implement and manage Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to optimize marketing performance and investment. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to key stakeholders. Identify risks and define mitigation plans to ensure project success. Ensure high quality standards and continuous improvement throughout all project phases. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. 7–10 years of project management experience, with focus on digital marketing. Proven experience working with Marketing Mix Models (MMM). Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and performance measurement. Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
