Summary: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized professional with excellent communication skills to coordinate multiple client projects and facilitate smooth execution between clients and internal teams. Lead client interactions and project coordination **Working Hours:** USA Central / USA Eastern Time Zone **Type:** Contractor **Monthly Rate:** $25,000 – $30,000 MXN We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills who feels comfortable interacting directly with clients in English through calls and video meetings. This role requires a proactive and personable professional capable of managing multiple ongoing projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication between clients and internal teams. Requirements * Fluent English (spoken and written) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable leading calls and participating in video meetings with camera on * Strong coordination and organizational abilities * Ability to manage multiple small engagements simultaneously * Technical exposure or technical background is a strong plus Responsibilities * Coordinate multiple small projects simultaneously (15–25 0 ongoing 2\-week engagements) * Serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution * Lead warm meet \& greet sessions with clients before project kickoff * Coordinate internal handoff meetings between Sales and Delivery teams * Schedule and organize kickoff meetings with clients and internal resources * Ensure all project documentation is properly updated before project start * Monitor timesheets and review project budgets weekly * Notify internal teams and clients when project budgets are nearing completion * Support escalations by coordinating communication between clients and internal leadership * Assist with project close\-out processes and client offboarding * Initiate CSAT processes with clients * Help maintain internal knowledge management and project documentation after project completion Ideal Candidate Someone proactive, professional, highly organized, and confident speaking with clients in English through meetings, calls, and video conferences on a daily basis.
