Coordinate, analyze and organize daily and weekly customer delivery information in appropriate shipment quantities. Verify that all delivery requirements are met and that future demand is communicated appropriately. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive customer demand through BAAN and customer portals. * Keep daily and weekly scheduling control files updated. * Conduct daily physical inventory review with warehouse. * Follow up on material shortages with production and forward schedule to planning. * Monitor future customer requirements with customer service representatives. * Track parts from production lines to prevent stockouts. * Review daily plant and customer accumulated inventories. * Maintain strategic raw material inventory at appropriate levels. * Provide support to PICS ensuring products are shipped and documentation processes are completed to meet daily and weekly customer delivery requirements. * Responsible for obtaining specific daily customer requirements for molding and painting areas. * Prepare daily control files for proper production scheduling. * Lead and coordinate corrective actions when irregularities or emergencies arise. * Required to review customer online systems at specific times.
