The selected candidate must demonstrate systemic thinking to integrate Quality, Materials, and Maintenance functions under their management. * **Education:** Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. (MBA or Master’s in Operations preferred.) * **Experience:** Minimum 8\-10 years in the automotive industry (Tier 1 or Tier 2\), with at least 3\-5 years in production management roles. * **Specialized Technical Knowledge:** * **Joining Processes:** In-depth expertise in **TIG and MIG welding** (robotic and manual). * **Metalworking:** Solid experience in **stamping processes (preferred)**. * **Finishing:** Painting experience preferred. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Proficiency in **IATF 16949**, ISO 14001, and specific OEM customer requirements. * **Continuous Improvement Tools:** Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), SMED, and TPM. * **Business Acumen:** Ability to understand P\&L (Profit and Loss Statement) and manufacturing’s impact on profitability. * **Talent Management:** Effective leadership over a workforce of 200\+ people; experience managing labor relations and developing high-performance teams. * **Resilience and Decision-Making:** Ability to operate under pressure from the automotive industry’s “delivery windows.” * **English:** Intermediate to Advanced (B2\-C1\) — ability to negotiate and present results to U.S. corporate headquarters. * **Documentation:** **Valid visa and passport** (mandatory for frequent travel to HQ and training). ### **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * **OEE** (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) for welding and stamping lines. * Internal and external **PPMs** (Quality). * **OTD** (On\-Time Delivery) adherence to production schedule. * **Cost absorption** and scrap reduction.
