Join, a global manufacturer specialized in high\-performance silicone and elastomer solutions for the automotive, aerospace, heavy\-duty, and industrial markets. With a strong focus on engineering excellence and advanced manufacturing processes. We are currently looking for an experienced **Engineering Coordinator** to support manufacturing operations, process optimization, and new production launches. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field. * 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar position. * Experience in **rubber manufacturing** or **plastic injection processes**. * Strong experience in **plant start\-up operations** and production line implementation. * Experience with **machine set\-up and commissioning**: + Assembly equipment + CNC machinery + Extrusion processes * Advanced knowledge of **Core Tools**. * Experience with **Lean Manufacturing methodologies**. * Experience in **supplier development**. * Advanced English level required. * Valid Visa and Passport. **Main Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Coordinate engineering projects and manufacturing initiatives. * Lead plant start\-up activities and process validations. * Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects. * Coordinate machinery installation, commissioning, and process optimization. * Monitor manufacturing KPIs and engineering performance metrics. * Participate in supplier development and technical evaluations. * Ensure compliance with quality and manufacturing standards. **Schedule:** ------------- Monday to Friday \| 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you are looking to join a global manufacturing company focused on innovation, engineering excellence, and continuous growth, we would love to hear from you.
