**Job Description:**
Job Summary
As a Plant Administration Intern at Fabricas Monterrey, S.A. de C.V., you will support the administrative functions within our manufacturing facility, gaining hands\-on experience in various operational processes and contributing to the efficient running of the plant.
Job Responsibilities
* Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records related to production, inventory, and personnel.
* Support the administrative team with scheduling, document management, and communication tasks.
* Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
* Participate in internal meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items.
* Aid in the coordination of logistics, supplies, and office equipment for the plant.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth information flow and administrative support.
* Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
* Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes and procedures.
Job Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
* Prior administrative experience or office support is a plus, but not required.
