Summary: This role involves optimizing equipment performance and maintenance programs, collaborating across departments, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Highlights: 1. Influence new equipment development for design, quality, and maintenance. 2. Improve plant and facility operations through maintenance management. 3. Provide technical support and train maintenance teams. **SECTION I: MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Participate upstream in the New Equipment Introduction process to influence its development (design, quality, ease of maintenance, accessibility, adherence to BRP standard parts, documentation). Analyze and propose necessary spare parts for the equipment (quantity, minimum/maximum stock levels, delays, etc.). Discuss with OEMs, address wear issues, and identify equivalent parts. Develop and review different types of equipment maintenance (preventive, predictive, route, planned corrective). Review the maintenance management program to improve and enhance plant and facility operations. Maintain the work order system and report any recurring problems. Review recurring issues with supervisors for resolution or mitigation. Adjust preventive maintenance programs accordingly. Work collaboratively with Industrial Engineering, Logistics, and Operations for high\-risk equipment and collaborate on monitoring plans. Serve as a source of relevant information regarding investments made by the interview team. Provide technical support to dealers on recognized and effective work methods and concepts. Implement procedures to comply with ISO standards. **Create equipment and documentation files in the CMMS:** assign asset numbers, upload identification photos, prepare identification labels, link all necessary documents (drawings, operator manuals), analyze spare parts (create and order them from the store), add them to the equipment catalog, and ensure the LOTO sheet is completed and linked to the CMMS. Monitor and analyze the status of installed equipment throughout its useful life and until it is available through our CMMS (obsolescence and sustainability). Organize and propose actions to be taken based on established performance indicators to optimize asset profitability. Negotiate, order, and schedule planned predictive, preventive, and corrective actions with production, maintenance, and subcontracting. Receive and analyze predictive maintenance reports on monitored equipment. Develop and recommend tools and methods to improve equipment reliability. Train the maintenance team using maintenance software and create video tutorials and e\-learning materials. Collect data, present, and explain various maintenance department KPIs and reports (delays, schedule adherence, costs, downtime summary, cause\-and\-effect Pareto charts, criticality status, MTBF, etc.) and suggest remediation action plans. Develop and explain the balance scorecard for supervisors. Participate in the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) established for your role in relation to ISO 9001:2015\. Comply with the safety rules established according to your role. Attend all scheduled Quality and Training sessions on time. Identify and report any issues related to quality and compliance, and support corrective actions.
