Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Planner:** -------------------------------------------------------------- ### **Preventive Planning** * Development of preventive maintenance schedules * Scheduling of periodic inspections (HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing) * Planning of seasonal maintenance * Equipment and system renewal calendars ### **Work Order Management** * Creation and prioritization of maintenance work orders * Allocation of technical resources and materials * Tracking of work progress * Coordination with external contractors ### **Budget Control** * Tracking of maintenance costs * Analysis of budget variances * Optimization of operational expenses ### **Analysis and Reporting** * Generation of asset performance reports * KPI indicator analysis * Regulatory compliance reports * Dashboards for clients and stakeholders ### **Compliance and Regulations** * Tracking of certifications * Compliance with safety regulations * Documentation of procedures **Location:** On\-site –Mexico,MEX If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
