Additionally, contributes to the development of technical documentation meeting Quality Management System (QMS) and customer requirements. Furthermore, provides technical training and guidance to newly hired associates. This position performs mid to high complexity tasks, including the operation and programming of equipment and measuring and testing instruments, under the supervision of an experienced engineer. **Qualifications** * Knowledge of standards for hardness testing: + ASTM E92\-17: Standard Test Methods for Vickers Hardness and Knoop Hardness of Metallic Materials. + ASTM E10\-15a: Standard Test Method for Brinell Hardness of Metallic Materials. + ASTM E18\-00: Standard Test Methods for Rockwell Hardness and Rockwell Superficial Hardness of Metallic Materials. * Sample preparation for metallography. * Identification of microstructures in nitrocarburized parts. * Acid\-base titration of solutions. Problem solving methods (8D, Fishbone, 5Why, 6Sigma, ...)
