Ensure compliance with federal health and safety regulations. 2. Conduct inspections and report inconsistencies in meat products. 3. Coordinate audits and train staff on meat handling. **We are excited to provide you with opportunities to grow.** Perform regular and detailed inspections of meat products, both upon receipt and during storage, to ensure compliance with federal health and safety regulations. * Identify and report products failing to meet established standards, and take necessary measures for their disposition or correction. * Ensure the company complies with all applicable federal and local regulations related to meat inspection and handling. * Stay updated on changes in relevant legislation and regulations. * Maintain accurate records of all inspections conducted, as well as any incidents or irregularities detected. * Prepare detailed reports on inspection results and corrective actions taken. * Supervise and collaborate in developing and implementing quality control procedures related to meat handling and storage. * Analyze trends and data related to meat product quality and safety. * Provide staff training on safe practices and proper procedures for handling meat products. Advise the company on best practices and preventive measures to ensure food safety. · Serve as the point of contact with federal and local health authorities regarding meat inspection matters. · Coordinate and participate in external audits and inspections as required.
