Our award\-winning seating solutions are developed from consumer research, finding the ease of operation to be comfortable, convenient and connected.**Job Responsibilities:** **Materials Intern** ============================= **Department:** **Materials / Logistics / Supply Chain** **Reports to:** **Materials Supervisor** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Position Objective** ----------------------- Provide support to the Materials department in inventory control, analysis and tracking, and material flow, contributing to operational continuity and achievement of departmental objectives. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Support inventory control and updates within the system. * Generate and analyze material reports (consumption, inventory levels, variances). * Record and update information in SAP or other internal systems. * Track implementation of inventory adjustments in SAP. * Monitor physical inventory system via scanning. * Collaborate in the annual inventory exercise. * Participate in area continuous improvement projects. * Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely and proper completion. **Required Profile** -------------------- MANDATORY Education: Recent graduate in Accounting, Business Administration or International Trade. Training: * Basic SAP knowledge. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
