Learn more at epirocgroup.com Join our team as a **Marketing Manager** at **Epiroc**! **Your mission:** The **PSD Marketing Manager for Mexico** will be responsible for driving aftermarket business growth, developing service solutions, and creating customer value within Epiroc’s Parts and Services Division. **Your responsibilities:** * Develop strategies for business development and growth in coordination with various internal teams. * Control and manage pricing, especially for spare parts, services, and PSD products. * Promote PSD unit products to customers. * Lead a team (2 to 3 people may report directly). * Manage KPIs related to product promotion, inventory, and services. * Maintain cross-functional collaboration with internal departments (sales, PSD, and management). * Develop the marketing structure and consolidate the team. **Our ideal candidate:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in similar roles. * Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the mining industry. * Proven experience in business and marketing strategy. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency required. * Proficiency in Office suite; Power BI. **Work arrangement: Hybrid** **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition and our cities and infrastructure must be developed to serve a growing population.
