Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **About the Position:** Coordinate the work team during your shift to achieve organizational objectives, provide necessary expertise for executing preventive maintenance tasks, perform repairs jointly with maintenance technicians ensuring safe and accurate execution with minimal supervision, maintain effective communication with maintenance staff, ME, and vendors to resolve issues and suggest improvements, capable of operating equipment used for maintenance, knowledgeable about risks and operation of thermal treatment processes. **What You’ll Do:** * Support development of the plant’s preventive maintenance plan for equipment. * Execute verification (checking) routines for facilities, equipment, and machines. * Implement preventive maintenance activities as planned (plan according to machine status). * Implement corrective maintenance on production lines if machine failures occur. * Support the supervisor in identifying solutions for continuous improvement and specific issues related to safety, production, and processes. * This position requires training new employees and supporting the entire team. * This role may involve communication and coordination activities with internal functional departments as well as external vendors. The position frequently interacts with 2\-3 vendors or subcontractors. The role is a specialist within the group and provides interpretation of drawings and manuals. Provides support for problem resolution both within and outside the group. Primary customers for this position are internal.
