The LLO Line Packing Operator must ensure timely and accurate physical delivery of finished products while guaranteeing uninterrupted production process continuity. The role is responsible for safely operating assigned equipment in compliance with quality, food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), industrial safety, and 5S system standards for order and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: * Strictly comply with safety, quality, and food safety standards, safeguarding one’s own integrity and that of colleagues by adhering to established procedures. * Operate assigned packaging lines (Lloveras, Aasted/MIK, BIB, and Vermicelli, as required) according to defined operational procedures and parameters. * Understand the functionality and correct operation of packaging area equipment. * Correctly assemble and disassemble packaging lines, ensuring timely supply of packaging materials per shift. * Perform product changeover cleaning, flushes, and pre-operational checks, ensuring compliance with GMP and food safety requirements. * Operate PLC systems of packaging lines according to one’s level of training and perform autonomous maintenance on assigned equipment. * Monitor PPROs and PCCs, following quality and food safety guidelines. * Accurately and promptly complete production, quality, and traceability records, as well as report activities in SAP (UAS, finished product labels, consumptions). * Operate the labeler (Domino) when qualified and ensure correct label printing. * Responsibly hand over and receive shifts, communicating process status and any relevant deviations. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper condition of the work area, facilities, and equipment, reporting deviations to the Shift Leader or Quality Department. * Actively participate in training, initiatives, and company continuous improvement programs. About You: * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Basic arithmetic knowledge. * Basic Excel and SAP knowledge preferred. * Teamwork and cooperation. * Responsible individual committed to safety, quality, and food safety. * Adaptability to operational changes. * Interest in continuous learning and constant improvement.
