This is a fully virtual, telehealth\-based position. You will provide individual psychotherapy sessions via HIPAA\-compliant telehealth the day following each patient's Spravato treatment — during the induction phase and through the first four weeks of maintenance. Your role is to help patients process, integrate, and extract meaning from their esketamine experience within the framework of an evidence\-based therapy session. Sessions are billed to insurance as standard outpatient psychotherapy. All documentation must reflect evidence\-based therapeutic modalities consistent with payer requirements.
