This role requires strong experience in software and infrastructure engineering, hands\-on problem\-solving, and a background in building scalable systems. **Responsibilities** * Contribute to the design and validation of solution options for engineering challenges * Mentor engineers and encourage knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team * Guide the team in designing tests to validate technical assumptions and tradeoffs * Model a positive, solution\-oriented attitude and effective communication * Support the development of scalable, distributed, and secure solutions in cloud environments such as Azure * Help ensure the operation of critical production systems with a focus on observability and incident response * Participate in the implementation of test automation strategies for distributed systems * Apply knowledge of design patterns, Domain Driven Design, and microservices architecture * Assist in the use of distributed caching, event\-driven, and streaming frameworks * Support the selection and integration of relational and non\-relational data stores * Contribute to multiple projects as a technical lead **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related work experience * Significant experience (5\+ years) in software and infrastructure engineering * Solid understanding of full stack delivery and operation of software * Proficiency in Java or JavaScript and familiarity with multiple programming languages and development stacks * Experience with test automation, including unit and integration tests * Knowledge of operating production systems and observability practices * Experience in designing and building solutions in cloud environments such as Azure * Understanding of design patterns, Domain Driven Design, and microservices * Familiarity with distributed caching, event\-driven, and streaming frameworks * Experience with both relational and non\-relational data stores * Ability to multitask and contribute to several projects
