JOIN OUR TEAM!! ### **Junior Java Technical Leader** * **Location: CDMX, Álvaro Obregón Borough.** * **Work Mode: Hybrid (attendance based on project criticality).** **Requirements:** * **Proficiency in technical English.** * **3+ years of backend development experience** with **Java J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate**. * **Experience leading development teams.** * Experience in **REST microservices architecture and system integration**. * Experience in **API design and consumption**. * Knowledge of **MongoDB**. * Experience with **Application Servers: Tomcat, WebLogic, and OpenShift**. * Knowledge of **technical modeling and design using UML**. * Proficiency with tools such as **Maven, Git, Jira, and Eclipse**. * **Business requirements analysis and definition of functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs).** * Identification of business and technical rules. * Definition of services, including their inputs, outputs, and operational rules. * **Identification of use cases and functional scenarios.** * Design of high-level architecture diagrams. * Definition of service contracts using **Swagger / OpenAPI**. * Collaboration with **business, architecture, legacy systems, and frontend teams** to define services. * Preparation of **technical documentation: MLD and LLD**. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of **JavaScript or TypeScript**. * Experience with **Jenkins, SonarQube, and IntelliJ**. * Experience with **Swagger and OpenAPI** **We Offer:** * Career development plan. * 100% payroll-based compensation scheme. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Training and certifications. * Agreements with various companies.
