(NDAs, Procurement Contracts, Purchase Contracts, Service Agreements, etc). * Assist in litigation and legal proceedings before courts, government agencies and other authorities to protect the organization’s interests. * Assist in providing corporate support to the group entities * Assist in real estate matters of the group * Assist in the development, implementation and updates of relevant legal policies and guidelines. * Collaborate with business colleagues to achieve targeted business results with acceptable level of legal risk **Qualifications:*** Up to 5 years of experience working as a licensed attorney. * Up to 5 years of experience in Contractual Law, Corporate Law, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate Law. * Fluent English **Equal Employment Opportunity Statement** Siemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
