**Job Description** As a **Junior .NET Backend Engineer**, you will work as part of a collaborative product team that supports thousands of creators and publishers worldwide. You will help build and maintain backend services that power link optimization, data processing, and high\-availability workflows. In this role, you will contribute to the development of core APIs, handle updates and improvements to existing services, and learn best practices around scalability, cloud workflows, and modern engineering tools. You’ll work closely with senior engineers, product managers, QA, and frontend teams while gaining experience across the full software development lifecycle. **Qualifications** * Ideally 1\-2 years (maximum 4\) of experience delivering production software with .NET in a professional environment, including both .**NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 6\+.** * **Advanced or Fluent English skills** * Experience building RESTful APIs and middleware using ServiceStack; MVC experience is also applicable. * Experience working with **Docker** or containerized workloads. * Experience in MongoDB (or in non\-relational databases) including aggregation pipelines, sharding or replica set configurations, and performance profiling. * Production experience using MassTransit with message brokers such as RabbitMQ. (Plus) * Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and observability practices (logs, metrics, tracing). * Strong attention to detail with a product\-minded approach to building high\-quality features. **Responsibilities** * **Build, update, and maintain .NET services and APIs**, working across both .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 6\+ environments. * **Work with Docker containers** to support development, testing, and deployment workflows. * Model and manage data using **MongoDB**, including basic schema design, indexing, and performance improvements. * Participate in the entire SDLC: technical design discussions, coding, testing, peer reviews, and production support. * Contribute to **CI/CD pipelines**, code quality practices, and basic observability (logs, metrics, tracing). * Help improve the performance and scalability of backend services that support high\-traffic environments. * Collaborate with product, data, QA, and frontend teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and deliver features. * (Advanced / optional exposure) Learn and support **event\-driven architectures** using MassTransit and RabbitMQ as your experience grows. * Support engineering best practices, including clean architecture, testing strategies, and writing maintainable code. * Contribute ideas to technical improvements and participate in discussions around long\-term platform evolution.
