Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Role Definition:** Implements and evaluates machining and CNC machine training programs for employees, ensuring development of technical skills, compliance with safety standards, and work quality aligned with internal standards. **What You’ll Do:** * Identify training needs in machining areas based on plant requirements, processes, and quality standards. * Apply appropriate teaching methods (theoretical and practical) to develop competencies in machines, tools, and operation of various CNC/NC machines. * Develop instructional materials, manuals, visual guides, and hands-on exercises focused on technical learning. * Train new CNC machining operators and reinforce knowledge of existing staff in techniques, industrial safety, and procedures. * Evaluate trainees’ technical performance through practical tests, CNC machine operation, and required documentation for part and component processing. * Ensure all practices comply with safety regulations, company policies, and internal standards. * Record progress, attendance, internal grades, and improvement recommendations. * Assist in identifying performance gaps related to NC/CNC machine operation skills. **Required Education** Completed Industrial Technical Degree or Engineering student within one year of completing their academic program. **Required Skills:** **Consulting:** Provides technical guidance to employees on machines, tools, machine operation, and best practices. * Explains their role as a technical advisor for correct operation of machining centers and lathes. * Identifies key phases to evaluate a machining process and propose improvements. * Maintains a professional image among operators, technicians, and supervisors. * Clearly describes the machining center procedure and its relationship to internal customer outcomes. **Machining Training Needs Analysis:** * Assessment of technical gaps related to CNC machine operator skill level. * Identifies key activities in training needs analysis for machining processes. * Lists tools used, such as precision measuring instruments. * Describes the purpose of the analysis: safety, quality, repeatability. * Supports activities to define organizational training needs. **Delivery of Technical Training:** * Ability to deliver safe, hands-on training for machining center operations. * Adjusts training according to group or individual learner response. * Selects appropriate methods for theoretical and practical sessions. * Delivers courses using real-life exercises, functional equipment, and safe workshops. * Defines objectives for each session (e.g., surface finishes, cutting tool selection, roughing). * Documents and reports issues during practice (defective equipment, inconsistencies, etc.). **Development of Technical Training Solutions:** * Designs programs responsive to actual process needs. * Supervises training plan development throughout its entire lifecycle. * Contributes to creation of theory-practice modules aligned with plant requirements and needs. * Selects most effective tools: practice parts, equipment, instructional materials. * Analyzes successful examples from internal programs or industry. * Assists in estimating development costs (materials, measurement equipment, practice hours). **Additional Information:** * Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. * Relocation is not available. * Please attach your CV. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, with shift rotation availability. **Final Details** **Please regularly check the email associated with your application, including your spam/junk folder, as this is our primary method of correspondence.
