**Duties and Responsibilities** Key Responsibilities: \- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and efficiency. \- Develop and maintain standard work instructions and process documentation. \-Perform time studies, line balancing, and labor analysis. \- Identify opportunities for waste reduction and process optimization using Lean Manufacturing tools. \- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. \- Monitor production KPIs and develop action plans to improve operational performance. \- Participate in plant layout design and workflow optimization projects. \- Support capacity planning and production scheduling activities. \- Coordinate process improvement projects with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams. \- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for operational issues. \- \- Support implementation of new equipment, production lines, and manufacturing technologies. \- Develop reports, presentations, and operational performance analyses. \- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. \- Participate in cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives. **Qualifications** \- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field. \- Experience2–5 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing industry preferred. \- Experience in process improvement, manufacturing operations, or industrial engineering functions. \- Experience in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing is a plus \- Advanced english **What We Offer** In addition to forward\-looking perspectives in our growing family company worldwide, Mubea provides the opportunity for continuous development, actively supporting your ideas and goals.
