Counsel, guide, and train personnel under your supervision by actively engaging in their work, ensuring assigned responsibilities are fulfilled efficiently. Supervise activities related to the customs area. Provide required resources to personnel under your supervision to achieve departmental objectives. Negotiate with customs agents to ensure proper foreign trade operations within the company. Propose improvements and cost reduction initiatives. Coordinate extraordinary weekend shipments. Support origin certification under all trade agreements. Support customs valuation. Registration and updates regarding foreign trade matters. Reconciliation of Annex 24. Fixed asset reconciliation. Positive evaluations from domestic suppliers. Monitoring and reconciliation with Annex 24. Reporting of changes and modifications. Special operations. Annex 31 Return Rate Percentage. Initial inventory and discharge report. Coordination of CTM’s and annual adjustment. Annual report. Annual renewal of CIVA (VAT and IEPS Certification). Requirements: Education: IIS, IMA, LAE. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position (preferred). Advanced English.
