Position Summary: Supervise control and operation of the tunnel kiln, managing assigned personnel to ensure quality and safety in all activities. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of tunnel kiln operation and associated systems. 2. Management and training of personnel under supervision. 3. Focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Location: San Luis de la Paz, Guanajuato Kohler Bajío Opportunity **CORE FUNCTION** Supervise control and operation of the tunnel kiln and activities of personnel under supervision, ensuring quality and safety in each activity. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Basic knowledge of tunnel kiln operation. * Tunnel kiln regulations and pressure record entries. * Tunnel kiln operational alarms. * Kiln control. * Gas and energy consumption records. 2\. Burner regulation system. 3\. Knowledge and supervision of drag system, pusher, and transfer system operation. 4\. Personnel management under supervision, including timely and accurate maintenance of attendance records, leave requests, medical certificates, and vacation records for personnel under supervision. 5\. Supervision of loading, suction, unloading, and cart repair activities (in compliance with Quality Standards). 6\. Work toward established operational objectives and competencies. 7\. Ensure cleanliness of workstations. 8\. Training and updating personnel under supervision on new tasks. 9\. Completion of official company forms and records. 10\. Apply regulatory provisions and institutional administrative tools (roles, policies, procedures, forms, instructions) relevant to the scope of management. 11\. Attend and participate in training and development events organized by the Human Resources department to enhance job performance and support personal and professional growth. 12\. Comply with disciplinary, safety, and hygiene provisions stipulated in the internal work regulations and benefits policy. 13\. Adhere to the institutional Code of Ethics in performing job duties.**POSITION AUTHORITY** 1\.
