Additionally, it serves as the internal auditor for the Treasury area and is responsible for controlling and monitoring the renewal of corporate insurance policies, supporting specific tasks related to the annual refinancing analysis, and applying corporate policies. **Responsibilities** Maintain continuous communication with banks to efficiently manage contracts and bank relationships with assigned entities, ensuring all contracts remain valid; conduct periodic internal audits of the Treasury area; efficiently monitor and renew insurance policies covering entities under our group’s responsibility; and annually participate in certain activities enabling various departments to collaborate on the annual refinancing process. **Key Tasks** * Maintain efficient communication with banks related to the entity to ensure compliance with active contracts. * Audit and identify any risks for the Treasury area. * Efficiently monitor and renew insurance policies held by group entities. * Coordinate and participate in completing worksheets, including financial information, to provide such data to various involved departments—serving as the foundation for the annual refinancing process. **Education** Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. **Skills:** **Accuracy and Attention to Detail:** * This role involves analyzing financial information, handling legal contracts, and identifying risks within the area; therefore, focusing on critical aspects is essential to ensure accuracy and avoid errors due to the significance of legal entities’ cash positions. **Flexibility and Adaptability** * This position involves supporting various users or clients; thus, excellent communication skills combined with effective emotional intelligence—enabling easy adaptation to diverse clients’ expectations—are fundamental to achieving departmental goals. **Communication of Complex Concepts:** This role entails direct interaction with banking institutions, working closely on contract and agreement management, as well as legal matters related to bank accounts of legal entities under our responsibility. **Problem Solving:** A key aspect of this position is proactively and efficiently resolving issues that may arise within the area concerning various local and corporate departments, supported by solid knowledge of treasury terms, processes, and practices. **Planning and Organization** * To successfully hold this position, timely follow-up and efficient time management are crucial for delivering strictly critical and legal information, as well as providing excellent customer service—given daily interactions with multiple departments, including Corporate, and developing action plans for critical processes to streamline operations. **Financial Markets** * Knowledge of financial market products, types, competitors, customer base, key challenges, and regulatory considerations; ability to apply this financial market knowledge across diverse business environments. **Financial Analysis:** * Familiarity with financial analysis tools and methodologies; ability to read, interpret, and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical data. **Additional Information** * Position Location: Santa Catarina. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM) * English: Intermediate **Final Details** The **Caterpillar Code of Conduct** states that we select and assign employees based on their **qualifications for the position**, without regard to race, religion, national origin, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
