As a Field Recruiter, you will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding hourly employees for various positions. This is an entry\-level position focused on learning and applying recruitment processes, building relationships with candidates, and ensuring the hiring process runs smoothly **Responsibilities:** * Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and internal systems to source candidates for hourly positions. * Conduct outreach to passive candidates and engage in direct recruitment efforts. * Revie w applications to assess qualifications. * Conduct on\-site interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for positions. * Create and post job ads on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of hourly candidates. * Maintain and update candidate information in Workday * Assist with the onboarding process, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. * Ensure a positive experience for new hires from offer acceptance to the first day of work. * Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time\-to\-fill and offer acceptance rates. * Assist in maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports. * Participate in team meetings to share insights, challenges, and candidate feedback. **Skills \& Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in human resources , Business Administration, or related field * Previous proven experience in recruiting direct roles. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain attention to detail in a fast\-paced environment. * K nowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Experience with Workday (is a plus) **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
