Learn more about what DSO means for you in your new role here https://www.bayer.com/en/strategy/strategy **YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * As Master Data, responsible for coordinating, administering, analyzing, and ensuring accuracy of Organizational Management (OM) in SAP in alignment with business strategies—providing a solid foundation for HR processes; delivering proactive advisory support to HR Business Partners on organizational structure administration (e.g., quality checks, new positions, span of control), executing changes and updates aligned with global policies and data quality standards (Data Management), and maintaining optimal Data Quality Indicator (DQI) levels for OM and PA.
