The Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst plays a key role in driving our business with strategic retail partners. In this role, you will transform sales and inventory data into actionable demand forecasts, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. By closely collaborating with both internal teams and external customers, you will help optimize inventory levels, reduce stockouts and overstock, and directly contribute to an outstanding on\-shelf availability and shopper experience. Key responsibilities:* Collaborative Planning: Foster strong partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders, including Customer Development, Demand Planning and other logistics teams, to formulate and execute joint strategic plans, resolve operational discrepancies, and ensure cohesive goal alignment. * Demand Forecasting: Develop precise demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, promotional impacts, and prevailing market conditions. This is achieved with the strategic integration of advanced digital and artificial intelligence tools. * Inventory Optimization: Strategically manage and monitor customer’s inventory levels to align with both Colgate objectives and customer expectations, effectively minimizing instances of excess stock or stockouts. * Performance Analytics: Rigorously track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators such as Fill Rate, On shelf Availability, Demand Plan Accuracy, Truck Utilization, etc. * Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve challenges impacting product availability or supply chain efficiency, employing thorough root cause analysis to implement effective solutions. * Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate productive collaborative meetings and maintain consistent, transparent communication channels with both internal and external customers to ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment. * Exception management: Identifies and resolves discrepancies or anomalies between sales, order entry, and inventory forecasts. This includes troubleshooting potential supply disruptions and taking corrective action . Required Qualifications:* Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field. * A minimum of 2 years of experience in a role with a Logistics or Sales background (e.g., Transport, SNP, OTI, DP, Commercial sales roles, or similar). * Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills (including pivot tables and advanced formulas). * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
