We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to help us structure and centralize our information on key platforms such as SharePoint and IQUEST. This position is critical to laying the groundwork that will allow us to fully leverage artificial intelligence for process automation and study summarization, making information accessible and usable for everyone. **Key Responsibilities:** * Actively collaborate on the restructuring and organization of information and documentation in SharePoint. * Manage content upload, classification, and maintenance on the IQUEST platform. * Design and implement strategies for knowledge democratization, ensuring easy access and comprehension by the team. * Organize and classify large volumes of data and documents, preparing them for efficient processing and analysis by artificial intelligence tools. * Identify and support the development of artificial intelligence use cases for automating and summarizing studies and reports. * Ensure data quality and consistency, facilitating its integration and automated usage by platforms and AI. **Requirements and Skills:** * **Education:**Advanced student in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields (preferred). * **Business Acumen:**Solid understanding of business language and needs for effective information management. * **Communication:**Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and facilitate knowledge transfer. * **Data Management:**Experience or strong aptitude for handling, organizing, and classifying documents and large volumes of data. * **Organization:**Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to logically and efficiently structure information. * **Languages:**Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken). * **Proactivity:**Ability to take initiative and propose improvements to information management processes.
