Key Responsibilities: Meet monthly new loan disbursement targets according to assigned level (Junior, Senior, or Master). Maintain strict control over monthly renewals to deliver excellent service to our customers. Enforce credit policies in accordance with the methodology applied in the service region. Recover loans while maintaining portfolio quality with less than 3\.0% PAR >30 days, per month-end portfolio report. Follow credit stage-specific protocols. Conduct client group visits punctually according to repayment frequency (Weekly, Biweekly, Semimonthly, or Monthly). Ensure clients remain within VFM through high-quality service delivery. Immediately follow up on delinquency starting from day one of arrears, ensuring payment to the group reference at institutions designated by the company. Adhere to fraud-related policies and procedures established by the institution for each client. Fulfill the organization’s mission, vision, core values, and social impact goals.
