Job description Position Description We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead regional projects within the IS\&D area in an international and highly collaborative environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance, and guaranteeing the quality of all deliverables. This role requires solid experience in budget management, including budget preparation, control, and tracking, as well as identification and management of variances. The candidate must consistently apply agile methodologies and agile project management practices, coordinating multidisciplinary teams distributed across multiple countries and managing multiple regional stakeholders. Communication will be a key factor; therefore, fluent English is required to lead meetings, prepare reports, and coordinate effectively with international counterparts. The Senior Project Manager will serve as the project’s single point of contact, facilitating collaboration among various involved departments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that strategic project objectives are met efficiently and aligned with business needs.
