**AI First React/JavaScript Developer** **Location:** Remote **Job Type:** Full\-Time **About the Role** We’re seeking a highly motivated and self\-directed “AI\-First” **React/JS Developer**. You should have a habit of starting with great prompting then fall back on quality code review of the agent. We expect you to be passionate and good at context engineering and ALSO have solid React fundamentals. **Key Responsibilities** * Build, optimize, and maintain a custom React/Javascript application built specifically for our company. * Integrate AI\-powered features (e.g., natural language interfaces, LLM models, chatbots, recommendation engines) into front\-end components. * Use tools like **Cursor**, **V0, Replit, N8N, and/or other AI\-enhanced development platforms** to prototype and iterate quickly. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications. * Take ownership of project scope definition, timelines, and delivery. * Prioritize speed over perfection. * Troubleshoot issues and maintain high\-quality user experience across platforms. **Requirements** **Technical Skills** * Passion and commitment for using AI\-driven development. Should be able to show strong ability for using sophisticated use of cursor “Context Engineering” * At Least two experience with **React** (hooks, context, modern state management approaches). * Strong proficiency with TypeScript * Experience integrating **AI features** into front\-end applications (AI Agents). * Experience and passion for using **AI assisted development tools** * Solid understanding of **JavaScript/TypeScript**, HTML, CSS (Tailwind a plus). * Practical knowledge of React Query, Zustand, Zod and similar libraries * Experience working in Nx\-based monorepos and understanding of modular code architecture * Comfortable with building production\-grade CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) * Comfortable with testing practices and libraries like Jest, Vitest, Cypress, Playwright and Puppeteer. **Soft Skills** * Strong **self\-management**: able to work independently and prioritize effectively. * Comfortable gathering and clarifying requirements with stakeholders. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Organized, detail\-oriented, and reliable. * Excellent **communicator**, both written and verbal, with a preference for documenting decisions and communicating trade\-offs **Nice to Have** * Eye for detail, ability desire to be involved in prototyping / design * Basic Experience with building backends in Node / Firebase so you can build end to end prototypes * Experience with back\-office apps (CRM, workflow) * Familiarity with best security practices for modern development * Awareness of accessibility, user experience, and legal compliance considerations in UI design * Familiarity with or interest in infrastructure\-as\-code, observability, and performance monitoring toolsFamiliarity with deploying to cloud platforms using IaaS or PaaS (Supabase, Render / Railway, Vercel, etc.) * Experience with modern styling libraries like HeroUI, Material UI, or ShadcnUI, including custom theming * Prior experience in a startup or small, agile team environment. **Why Join Us?** * Remote\-first culture with flexibility and autonomy. * Work on AI\-powered tools and real\-world automation projects.
