




Position Summary: This role provides administrative and operational coordination support, ensuring efficiency in managing administrative, documentary, and logistical requirements, and facilitating inter-area articulation. Facilitates articulation between programmatic and operational areas Location: Open to Latin America (The Americas) Compensation Range MXN $18,000 to MXN $20,000 per month, commensurate with profile and experience. Position Purpose: To provide administrative and operational coordination support to the Strengthening Unit, ensuring efficiency in managing administrative, documentary, and logistical requirements, and facilitating articulation between the programmatic unit and operational units, thereby contributing to the proper implementation of Ipas LAC’s activities and projects in the region.**General Responsibilities** * Receive, review, and process administrative requests from the Strengthening Unit, verifying that they contain all required information and documentation before submission to Procurement, Finance, and Logistics. * Organize, classify, and track administrative requests, ensuring traceability and timely closure of each process. * Maintain continuous communication with requesters to clarify, supplement, or correct information needed for administrative processing. * Coordinate operationally with Procurement, Finance, and Logistics to facilitate orderly advancement of institutional processes. * Review documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies (Mexico and US) and donor requirements, guaranteeing its proper integration and safeguarding within institutional systems. * Support the establishment and basic management of administrative files related to procurement, contracting, and logistics. * Contribute to updating and monitoring the Strengthening Unit’s procurement and logistics plans, aligned with its work plan. * Identify and promptly communicate operational risks, rework, or areas for improvement in administrative workflows, supporting continuous process improvement.**Experience Requirements** * Three to five years of experience in administrative functions, operational coordination, inter-unit liaison, or project support. * Experience in civil society organizations, international agencies, or cooperation projects—handling formal documentation and compliance processes—is desirable.
