Key Responsibilities* Serve as the first point of contact to ensure compliance with established procedures and policies for credit applications submitted to the Central Credit Desk for review. * Collaborate closely with the business area to ensure integrated operations that deliver expected results. * Verify that information entered into the core system is accurate and complete. * Ensure data matches documents provided by customers. * Maintain up-to-date documentation, whether physical or digital. * Commitment to confidentiality of customer information and integrity in data management. * Stay updated on changes in regulations and standards that may affect the information validation and verification process. * Identify, record, and manage operational incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution to support smooth branch operations. * Implement operational process improvements proposed by the Operations and Continuous Improvement Directorate. * Ensure availability of necessary supplies for proper branch functioning. * Payment of branch expenses and petty cash control. * Organization and safekeeping of files. * Administration and control of Collection Receipts. * Branch cleanliness and order. * Collateral control.
