As an Academic Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following activities: * Supervise and evaluate teaching staff performance to ensure maximum academic benefit for students. * Assess teaching competencies to design customized training plans that foster professional growth. * Develop and implement the SER methodology. * Ensure all teachers strictly adhere to our learning methodology and effectively adopt the SER model. * Apply solid knowledge of administrative management processes to optimize academic operations.
