Summary: Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring all needs are met by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with other departments. Highlights: 1. Primary customer contact for assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction 2. Support order processing, including entry, expediting, changes, and monitoring 3. You will respond to inbound customer calls and email regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes and repairs (troubleshooting). You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Operations, etc., to resolve customer issues.
