Summary: This role involves serving as the primary customer contact, managing order inquiries, troubleshooting, and coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Highlights: 1. Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned projects 2. Engage with diverse teams including Technical Support and Logistics 3. Support comprehensive order processing and issue resolution Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned project and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You will respond to inbound customer calls and email regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes and repairs (troubleshooting). You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Operations, etc., to resolve customer issues.
