Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with leadership and decision-making skills to manage processes, human resources, and materials, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Focus on continuous process improvement **Our Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for:** * Supervising that all warehouse activities are carried out correctly and on time, complying with established standards. * Managing processes and regulatory compliance requirements for the facility's multiple operating licenses. * Ensuring timely delivery of products to both internal and external customers. * Managing and ensuring timely payment for contracted services and products. * Administering warehouse human and material resources, including maintenance of the building, vehicles, and other assets, in accordance with the Internal Work Regulations. * Providing support between team requirements and human resources activities. * Making operational decisions based on volume and demand. * Participating in internal and external audits, and serving as the primary liaison for local, state, and federal authority requirements. * Preparing the business unit budget, as well as monitoring and optimizing operational costs and expenses. **What We Are Looking For:** * Leadership and decision-making skills. * Ability to handle complex, high-volume situations. * Ability to efficiently manage teams and resources. * Leadership and teamwork skills. * Ability to make decisions under pressure. * Advanced knowledge of logistics and warehouse management. * Experience in personnel and resource management. * Forklift certification/license (preferred). * Focus on continuous improvement of operational processes. * Valid driver's license (Class "A" or equivalent, preferred). * Knowledge of inventory and logistics management. * Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS). * Effective communication skills. * Intermediate level of English (preferred). **What We Offer Our Team Members:** * Savings fund contribution of 8%. * 12 vacation days after the first year. * 30-day Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo). * Major medical insurance for employees and economic dependents (spouse and children). * $2,000 in grocery vouchers. * Life insurance. * Excellent company culture and opportunities for growth and promotion.
