WAREHOUSE PICKING MANAGER

Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Picking Manager responsible for coordinating and supervising department operations, ensuring on-time delivery, order picking quality, and proper management of operational staff. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate order picking according to established timelines. * Efficiently assign tasks, shifts, and schedules to picking staff. * Ensure compliance with quality standards during the picking process, preventing errors in product selection, expiration dates, and packaging. * Monitor departmental performance indicators (errors, skipped items, and picking times). * Track and resolve order-related incidents. * Train and evaluate operational staff under direct supervision. Requirements: * Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, or related field (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in order picking, warehouse, or logistics departments. * Minimum 6 months of personnel management experience. * Experience using ERP or WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or other systems). * Knowledge of inventory management, expiration date control, batch tracking, and product rotation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. * Forklift operation experience (preferred).
