**WAREHOUSE MANAGER** A leading company in the marketing of canned food products is seeking you to join our team as a **WAREHOUSE MANAGER**, with experience managing personnel. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Logistics or related field 3 years of experience in a similar position Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) Organized / Methodical / Proactive Supervise warehouse product inbound and outbound activities Identify and segregate non-conforming products Develop improvement proposals by identifying needs Maintain logs, reports, and 5S methodology Intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge Excellent analytical and organizational skills Performance indicators ERP system knowledge BPM knowledge Compliance tracking with corporate regulations (policies, procedures, instructions, regulations, etc.) Own vehicle or no transportation issues **WE OFFER** Competitive salaries Statutory benefits Excellent work environment Savings fund Job stability 100% IMSS contributions Performance bonuses Cafeteria service **COMPETENCIES** Work under pressure and meet objectives Dynamic Strong organizational and planning skills Accustomed to working under pressure **JOB DESCRIPTION** Receive, inspect, and report monitoring results of shipments upon supplier arrival and customer delivery; track products detained due to deviations from their own specifications and implement corrective actions. Prevent product delays (manage expiration dates) and reduce losses in finished goods; monitor inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining compliance with the 5S system, performing tasks aligned with Good Practices and ensuring full adherence to organizational policies. Define priorities jointly with the immediate supervisor for implementing the quality system, promptly addressing (in terms of time and manner) incidents occurring during the workday. Support internal staff and new hires’ training as required. Maintain order and cleanliness at all times. Participate in internal quality system audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Our location: Juan N Medina, Parque Tauro, Warehouse 5, Col. Jardines de Monterrey, Apodaca, N.L. — 5 minutes from the Laredo Highway.
